Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, please drop a note to hello@popofpoppies.com within 1 week of receiving your order.

Please ensure that the item is in its full original condition, unused, free of stains, damage, and fragrance. Items that do not meet this standard will not be accepted for exchange.

Do note that damaged items only qualify for exchange of the same product, but refunds are unfortunately unsupported at this time. Shipping and other refund-related costs will have to be borne by the customer. poppy days will not be responsible for any return packages lost or damaged in transit.
